Kitchen Completed

New Kitchen includng Island

This client had many contractors completing an extension. We were contacted as the contractors involved were not completing the project within spec and on time. After the main shell was completed the existing contractors left site. We had taken over the site and completed the project beyond the client's expectations. The client was tired and had enough of dealing with poor quailty tradesmen, therefore gained professional advice from our QS Daniel. In turn it led to a full kitchen installation and completing the electrical works required for the new kitchen. Plenty of feature lighting and a new fresh look.

Commercial Fire Alarm Installation

Our client had purchased a commercial building for rental. As the property had not been in use since the last tenant back in 2010 it was found that the fire alarm system was not upto current standards. In turn a full new system was designed and installed. The system was left ready for additional future upgrades. Our client was very happy with the effective and speedy process of RCS turning it around to ensure his building was compliant.

Fire Alarm System Complete

Installation included Fire Alarm which consisted of 4 zones. New Single phase consumer unit for local supply, EMG lighting local to panel and additional power sockets. Notice board installed complete with drawings and locations of each device for ease of weekly testing. Complete with lockable document cabinet and testing canister.

Showroom Bathroom

Our Client Steve purchased a house that was the old showroom for the site. The deal? He brought it just how they left it. Sadly it was not quite his taste and he found out quickly that even though it was a showroom property it was not practical to have a small bath in a very large bathroom with a small family. So without it costing the earth, RCS removed the bath & sink. Rerouted the pipework to create a new thermostatic shower and new towel radiator. Just look at the before and after pictures!

Decking

This client had some decking that was rotting and becoming a danger. Lack of maintenance can cause you some headaches. The RCS team removed the old installation and created a fresh new look with different levels to show off how good decking can really be! Get your garden ready!

RCS Maintenance were really friendly and worked long, hard days to get the project completed within time.

They offered suggestions on what could be done, like installing feature lighting in the bathroom, study and chimney stack to the rooms a wow factor. They also suggested outside lighting, which we never thought about, but are really glad to have gone along with the suggestion.

I'm very happy with the electrical work that RCS did for me and I would recommend them to friends and family.
